Here at La di da Sweet Treats we are taking all the precautions we can with regard to the spread of COVID-19.
We are striving to maintain the level of service that you could usually expect from us, continuing to maintain high levels of hygiene in our bakery. On top of our usual measures, all staff handling food are required to wear masks, wear shoe covers and wash hands/use anti-bacterial gel more regularly than usual. During the pandemic we have maintained our Food Hygine Rating of 5 (Very Good).
At our commercial bakery, only our staff come into the unit. All deliveries are accepted and dropped off outside and any visitors collecting orders (by appointment only) are asked to wait outside for us to bring their order out to them.
Regarding the delivery of your orders, please be aware that as a result of more strain on courrier services over the past few months, orders might take longer than anticipated to arrive. We are striving to do all we can to minimise the risk of this so please rest assured that even if there are issues or delays, you will recieve your order as anticipated.
Ultimately, the health and wellbeing of you and ourselves is our main priority. We are taking all the precautions we can to achieve this while continuing to provide you with delicious goodies for yourself and your loved ones.
